“I am usually in contact with disabilities services. Most of our post-secondary referrals come from disabilities services. For those who have been out of school for a while or are newly diagnosed I will ask for a release and obtain information based on who completed the diagnosis, MD, and anyone else involved from an educational standpoint.”
