Workers' Compensation Standing Orders

The following Standing Orders have been issued by the Chief Judge of the Court of Administrative Hearings and should be reviewed by all workers’ compensation litigants:

• Standing Order Regarding Medical Bill-Only and/or Diagnosis-Only Occupational Disease Cases
