Normalization and the Courts
Bengt Nirje: And that reason is also used in this country as a background for courts, for court proceedings. So [Inaudible] and using it all the way up to the Supreme Court in regard to student conditions and with regard to the horrors of the death penalty that we still have in this country where we have two over 200 people who are probably mentally handicapped on death row, ten percent of the people. I am a member of the Swedish Committee of Amnesty International against death penalty in the United States and I co-chairing the committee on… against death penalty for people with handicapped issues.
