Personal Assistants

Bengt Nirje: That all people with severe [Inaudible] and most people with severe have the right to the following: Professional competent advice; secondly, an aide or personal assistants, or economical support for the hiring of such assistants for reasonable costs the daily life. [Inaudible]. The accompanying services, for example, profound or severely handicapped [Inaudible] or blind people that need someone to go with them. Assistants or contact person, and that's to make sure that no one is alone. People coming out and ensuring that people who have no relatives to at least have one that is contact person relating to and knowledgeable about him or her.
