Bengt Nirje: That is your social life and that's how you depend on the quality that you have. And this has to do with the function of planning, the necessity to do planning of the services I call it. To provide a recommendation for those who cannot live at home but in the community. That you plan for work opportunities, education opportunities, that you plan for occupational opportunities, and that you plan for leisure time services to allow [Inaudible] in the community.

And this, of course, did not exist in the institutions where you have multiple living and occupation and leisure time in the same building or in the same confined area. So that was the second stick of dynamite into the institutions when you talk about the normal rhythm of the week. Instead, this had to do with social planning. And this has nothing to do with dumping. [Inaudible] mainstreaming and so on. And you can do this. No, it has nothing to do with that. You have to understand the depths and complications of the disability. And, with that understanding and that knowledge, provide for normal conditions [Inaudible] and provide the services [Inaudible].
