Hearing Officers. The Public Employment Relations Board announces the posting of the PERB Hearing Officer RFP to establish a PERB Hearing Officer Roster for hearings pursuant to Minn. Stat. 179A.13 and Minnesota Rules 7325. For more information and to apply to be a PERB Hearing Officer, please take the following steps:
• Read the Solicitation Document and ask questions, if any. Questions should be directed to Jess Anna King at perb@state.mn.us with “Hearing Officers Response” in the subject line.
• Write your response, supplying all requested content. Review, sign, and include the Responder Declarations with your response.
• Submit your response by email to Jess Anna King at perb@state.mn.us with “Hearing Officers Response” in the subject line.
Responses may be submitted at any time but will no longer be accepted after 4:30 pm CST on Monday, April 27th, 2026.
