    Case Status

    PERB CASE NUMBERING SYSTEM

    Each charge of Unfair Labor Practices filed with the PERB will receive its own unique Case Number.
     
    The format will be Fiscal Year-Alpha Code-Sequential Number.
    An example: 18-E-001
     
    The Fiscal Year will run from July 1 to June 30.
     
    The Alpha Codes will be based on the various potential Charging Party statuses:
