YouTube auto-captioning menu

YouTube offers automated transcripting and captioning services. When posting a video to YouTube, you have the option of allowing YouTube to automatically generate a transcript and captions. The transcript's quality is partially dependent on the program's audio quality.

You can improve on the automated system by feeding YouTube a clean transcript, which will then be automatically timed to your video.

Then you can even tweak that timing if you wish.
