Drs. Gunnar And Rosemary Dybwad on Pioneering Parents
On February 4, 1987, Ed Skarnulis, with the Minnesota Department of Human Services, interviewed Drs. Rosemary and Gunnar Dybwad for the Minnesota Council on Developmental Disabilities and the University of Minnesota on their experiences in the field of developmental disabilities. Over the decades their work in the area of civil rights furthered the cause of people with developmental and other disabilities, long before the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
