CHC: Creating Healthier Communities builds partnerships to address health inequities by fostering trusted community engagement, fundraising and offering programs and services to help support communities where everyone can thrive. By supporting CHC nonprofit partners you are taking an active role in helping make our Minnesota communities a healthier place to live.

Gift Examples

• $3 per pay period gives 20 people access to an anonymous online mental health screening that can better understand their mental health.
• $5 pay period covers the cost of one day in our virtual family program, which is offered free of charge and provides resources and support for family members impacted by addiction.
• $5 pay period will bridge the gap for 1 night for a family who is unable to contribute towards their stay, relieving the financial stress of being away from home at Ronald McDonald House.
• $10 per paycheck will provide outdoor plants and landscape enhancers to make a community green space more enjoyable for local community members through Rebuilding Together.
• $15 per pay period provides information and support during three crisis calls to a 24/7 Helpline for people affected by Alzheimer’s.
• $20 per pay period teaches more than 2,500 children how to avoid obesity and live longer, stronger lives through nutrition and exercise educational materials.

Designation Policy

CHC accepts designations to charity partners and any 501 ©3 nonprofit organizations. CHC distributes funds according to donor designations.
