Gift Examples

• $1 per pay period will help provide free health education resources to the public.
• $5 per pay period will help provide financial assistance for individuals facing expensive health challenges.
• $10 per pay period will help fund support services for newly diagnosed patients, caregivers, and survivors.
• $20 per pay period will help grants for medical research to discover cures and improve treatments that benefit millions across the country.

Designation Policy

CHC accepts designations to charity partners and any 501 ©3 nonprofit organizations. CHC distributes funds according to donor designations.
