2025 Age-Friendly Regional Exchanges

In fall 2025, Age-Friendly Minnesota and its regional partners presented a second series of Regional Exchanges across the state to connect with communities, celebrate the age-friendly movement, and discuss opportunities ahead. Around 330 cross-sector attendees gathered at the exchanges to learn, share, and expand their networks.

Each exchange included the following elements:

• Update on Age-Friendly Minnesota and the Multisector Blueprint on Aging  
• Blueprint Pulse Check: Community discussion on priorities and solutions
• Regional showcase of Age-Friendly Minnesota efforts
• Panel discussion of elected officials and regional leaders

The heart of each summary is a report-out of what we heard from exchange attendees during the Pulse Check discussion. These priority issues and themes help AFMN and our partners better understand what’s happening in each region, and will help guide the evolving work of the Multisector Blueprint for Aging, which is rooted in community voices.
