Project Summary
The proposed Aurora distributed solar facilities range in size from 1.5 to 10 MW; each facility location would have a separate interconnection to an Xcel Energy distribution substation. On July 9, 2014, Aurora submitted a site permit application seeking a site permit under the alternative review process of the Minnesota Power Plant Siting Act (Minn. Statute 216E).
