NOTICE: Some Board members may attend the meeting by telephone or via online conferencing. Members of the public may attend at the Board's regular meeting location or may monitor the meeting by video conferencing or telephone via Microsoft Teams. Public participants will be able to listen to Board member discussion, voting, and may offer testimony at the discretion of the chair.
