Emergency Lifeline West's mobile pendants are self-contained and are not connected to the user's phone.
The pendants can be used inside and outside the home.
When the button is pressed, the response center communicates with the user and sends help according to the user's needs.
Installation Process:
* The company will talk with you to determine which of their alert pendant systems fit your needs
* The pendant is then programmed for you, charged and tested
* The pendant is mailed to you via US Postal Service Flat Rate or FedEx second day
* When you receive the pendant, you call the main office (or the company will contact you) to review the operating instructions and to test your new pendant
* The company will answer any questions you have about the instructions or the pendant
* There is a toll free number on the back of the pendant and on the bottom of the charging base if you have any questions in the future
