The coordination professional can help residents identify resources, navigate systems or help with applying to additional programs. MORE INFORMATION Deaf Supported Living program provides culturally competent, integrated mental and medical health services to the Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and Hard-of-Hearing communities. Staff are both deaf and hearing individuals who are fluent in sign language. Services and on-site supervision are provided 24/7. Services include: * 24/7 emergency or crisis assistance * Access to Registered Nurses for medical support * Medical needs management * Medication management * Mental health symptom management * Living skills/foundational wellness development including: - Appointment scheduling, budgeting, and shopping, cooking and nutrition, employment skills, household management, using transportation, socialization and recreational skill development
