Scales of Justice and Owl in Railing
Minnesota’s official state bird may be the loon, but at the State Capitol the owl is in line for some love too. Look carefully and you’ll see a number of owls throughout the building. Here’s one prominent example: an owl set in wood and accompanied by scales of justice.
