Job Description: The City of Hawley (population 2274), located in eastern Clay County along US Highway 10, approximately halfway between Fargo-Moorhead and Detroit Lakes, is seeking a Full Time Officer. Well supported by the community, the department consists of a Chief of Police, 3 patrol Officers and an SRO.
Applicants must be MN POST Board licensed or eligible to be licensed by the time of hire, possess a valid MN driver's license, and be able to pass a pre-employment background, psychological examination and a physical examination. Salary and benefits will be per the union contract and city employee policy.
