Lateral Officer Incentives:

• 1 to less than 5 years of experience: 100 hours sick leave + 40 hours vacation
• 5 or more years of experience: 200 hours sick leave + 80 hours vacation
• 5 or more years of experience will start at a higher rate of pay based on the current longevity schedule ranging from an additional 2% to 9% depending on prior years of service.
