How We Work
1. Identify Opportunities:
We ask the community and partners for ideas to make things better. We also find out who can benefit from these changes.
2. Create a Solution:
We hold focus groups, do research, and talk to people to find solutions. Sometimes, we work with the Minnesota legislature to change laws.
3. Observe and Measure Results:
We care if our solutions help you. We use surveys, public comments, and one-on-one talks to see how well things are working.
4. Continuous Improvement:
We often check our progress, make changes for new challenges, and follow best practices.
