<description>&lt;p xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"&gt;Through December 31, 2024, the Board suspends the enforcement of:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"&gt;(1) Minnesota Rules 8710.0321, subpart 2, which require hiring districts to post a position on the statewide job board for 15 days prior to offering the position to a tea cher who holds a Tier 2, Tier 3, or Tier 4 license in a different licensure area.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"&gt;(2) Minnesota Rules 8710.0320, subpart 5, so that no OFPs issued prior to this date will count against a teacher's lifetime total of 5 OFPs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"&gt;(3) Minnesota Rules 810.0326, subparts 1 and 4, which require the teacher, who holds a lifetime substitute license, to replace a teacher on an approved leave in order to allow these retired teachers to also fill vacancies.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
