Workers' Compensation Scheduling Update

Effective Monday, March 20, 2017, Microsoft Outlook will be upgraded to Office 365 at the Office of Administrative Hearings.  This change will affect attorneys that utilize the Outlook Web App (OWA) to enter unavailable time for OAH scheduling purposes.

On Monday, March 20, attorneys should update the OWA system on their end by following the instructions provided below.

1. Enter the new URL for the OWA into your web browser: (this replaces 

2. You will be asked to enter your work or school account Email and Password. Enter your OAH work email address (first; i.e. and select Enter or Tab


3. When you tab to the Password field, the screen will change to the State of Minnesota Office 365 for Government sign in page. Enter your current OAH password (one that you currently use to sign into OWA) and select Sign in


4.    It is recommended that you do not check the Keep me signed in box.  Never check this box when you are using a public or shared computer.  If you receive a message saying that your user ID or password is not recognized, please contact LeeAnn Cary at 651-361-7832 or Kim Pogue at 651-361-7891.
