State of Wellbeing powered by Virgin Pulse
- Agree to the coaching consent to receive a follow up call from a Virgin Pulse health professional.
- The coaching consent is separate from the health assessment this year, select the link from your daily card or in the Programs tab.
- You will receive a follow-up call only if your health assessment score shows some risk, but you will receive your copay discount just for agreeing to be contacted.
- Complete your health assessment by answering health and wellbeing questions.
- To verify that you have completed each task, select the Logo in the upper left corner of the screen to return to your Virgin Pulse account. Then select the Rewards tab to verify completion.
Complete both tasks by November 15, 2018 to receive your discount. Visit the Rewards tab on your Virgin Pulse account to verify that you have completed both tasks to earn your discount.
