Continuation coverage, also called COBRA, is a continuation of plan coverage that is offered in the event where your insurance coverage would otherwise end. This is known as a "life event" or "qualifying event." Specific qualifying events are listed later in the Federal COBRA Notice linked below and are referred to in "Your Employee Benefits"
Creditable Coverage is health insurance coverage you had before you enroll in a new health plan, as long as it was not interrupted by a period of 63 or more days. MN Advantage Health Plan has provided a copy of the required notice through the link below.
