The State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP) contracts with plan administrators or insurance carriers on the administration of specific benefits. Our plan administrators work with Minnesota Management & Budget (MMB) and SEGIP to offer employees access to provider networks, administer claims, and prepare summaries, descriptions, and certificates of the benefit plans.
