Get Involved/Volunteer!

Are you interested in participating in this year’s event? There are multiple ways to get involved!

  • Run or walk it!
  • Attend a 5K clinic. No registration required for these informal “Learn how to run a 5K” clinics. (Link back to the clink page)
  • Volunteers Needed! Opportunities available in the days leading up to the event and the day of the run/walk.

In order for the 2018 Minnesota State Capitol Run@Work Day 5K Run/Walk to happen, we need your help!  Maybe you are not interested in running or walking the event, but would still like to participate.  You will earn yourself a free event t-shirt by volunteering!

There are many opportunities to assist either in the days leading up to the event or the day of, including: race packet assembly, race packet pickup, same-day registration, water table/course clean-up, course marshal, photographer, and more!
