We suggest you begin to advertise your clinic no later than one month before it is scheduled. You will receive posters and e-mail templates to use for this purpose.
Depending on the estimated size of your clinic there may be more than one nurse at your site. Each nurse will have an accompanying technician.

The consent form for influenza is available on line at Campaign Resources for Site Coordinators. Consent forms will also be available at the clinic.
The consent form may be completed prior to attending the clinic or the participant may complete the consent form at the clinic.
