EAP Organizational Health

Just as important as our individual employees’ health, is the health of our team.  EAP Organizational Health is dedicated to promoting health in our workplace. They work with leadership, unions, teams, and human resources to provide:

  • Coaching for leaders regarding employee and team productivity and behavior
  • Guidance for challenging and sensitive situations
  • Critical incident response and management 
  • Guidance and training to support healthy workplace culture


Leadership Coaching

Develop your skills as a leader through 1-on-1 sessions using specific challenges you currently face.


Organizational Health Consultants are able to provide an assessment of the issues and provide tangible action steps to amplify existing strengths of the climate in addition to addressing areas of concern/opportunities for growth. Subjects include:

Facilitate discussions between two or more staff in order to improve collaboration and communication.

Critical Incident Response

In the event of a workplace incident such as injury, illness, death, or natural disaster, Organizational Health Consultants can provide timely support to your team and leaders as you navigate the turmoil associated with the incident.
