Overcrowded housing

In 2014, six percent of all Minnesota households with children were overcrowded, meaning there were more than two people per bedroom.

This rate has increased slightly since 2005 and gaps by race still persist. In 2014 American Indian, Asian and Hispanic households were more than three times as likely to be overcrowded.
