Efficient and accountable government services

Minnesotans want a well-managed state and expect their public services to run as efficiently as possible and to be accountable to its citizens. Making government better involves controlling costs, eliminating duplication, streamlining processes, ensuring value in our services, demonstrating results, and making our transactions transparent. Minnesota strives to be a national leader in using technology to serve customers, and aims to constantly increase efficiency through enterprise-wide continuous improvement efforts and by adopting new methods and systems for service delivery.
