Senior Management Consultant
Lizzie McNamara joined MAD in 2019, bringing experience in program coordination and development, continuous improvement, program evaluation, and data analysis. Prior to joining MAD, Lizzie worked to increase educational equity in the public school system as an English teacher, at a college access nonprofit, and as a data scientist and evaluator with the Minneapolis Public Schools.

She loves the variety consulting offers—her day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to-year work is always changing.
