Senior Management Consultant
Lizzie McNamara joined MAD in 2019, bringing with her skills in program evaluation, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, program development, continuous improvement, and facilitation. Lizzie has over 10 years of experience in the public and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining MAD, Lizzie worked for the Minneapolis Public Schools, where she led district-wide school improvement efforts, evaluated large-scale initiatives, and supported staff at all levels of the organization with data literacy and data-driven decision making. Lizzie also has experience conducting program evaluations at the University of Minnesota and at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities. While at the Met Council, she designed the methodology for estimating fare evasion rates on light rail. Lizzie began her career as a high school English teacher.
Lizzie has a master’s degree in Public Policy, with a concentration in advanced policy analysis, from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, and a bachelor’s degree in English from Macalester College.
