Kristina Krull joined MAD in 2015. She brings a wide range of professional experience to her consulting, including process improvement, organizational and data analysis, survey design, facilitation, and program evaluation. Among other things, her work at MAD has helped the Fire Marshal revise a grant program; the Department of Transportation collect and analyze business feedback; and the Department of Human Services plan for changes to a service program.
Kristina’s public sector background includes service at Dakota County, the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, and the Wisconsin Center for Tobacco Research and Intervention. At Dakota County, Kristina served as an internal consultant. Her work there included a variety of analytical and facilitation projects, including leading county-wide process improvement initiatives, developing alternative governance and funding structures for an IT collaborative, and analyzing the prevalence of jail inmates with mental and chemical health needs.
Kristina has a master’s degree in public affairs and a bachelor’s degree in political science and international studies, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
