Senior Management Consultant
Kristina Krull joined MAD in 2015. She brings a wide range of professional experience to her consulting, including process improvement, organizational and data analysis, survey design, facilitation, and program evaluation. Kristina’s public sector background includes service at Dakota County, the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, and the Wisconsin Center for Tobacco Research and Intervention. At Dakota County, Kristina served as an internal consultant. Her work there included a variety of analytical and facilitation projects, including leading county-wide process improvement initiatives, developing alternative governance and funding structures for an IT collaborative, and analyzing the prevalence of jail inmates with mental and chemical health needs.
Kristina’s primary focus is on analytical work, including surveys, evaluations, organizational assessments, and organizational planning. She enjoys helping clients answer their own questions and figure out what to do and how to do it.
Client and project highlights
Among other projects, Kristina’s work at MAD has helped the Department of Transportation collect and analyze business feedback; the Department of Human Services plan for changes to a service program; and the Fire Marshal, part of the Department of Public Safety, revise a grant program. She has also worked with the Department of Public Safety on projects in other divisions as well as the Department of Natural Resources. She led MAD’s project teams for statewide employee engagement and inclusion surveys.
Kristina has a master’s degree in public affairs and a bachelor’s degree in political science and international studies, both from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is also a graduate of the State of Minnesota’s Emerging Leaders Institute.
