Enterprise Engagement Survey

MMB’s Enterprise Talent Development (ETD) coordinated the first statewide employee engagement survey in October 2018. The purpose of the survey was to understand what employees think about their work environment. We learned what is going well and where we can improve. The survey also provided us with enterprise-wide baseline data so we can measure future progress. ETD will use the survey results to develop enterprise-wide and agency-specific programming to improve work environments. [insert agency name] has received our agency results and we’ll use the data in developing agency-level efforts to improve our work culture.

The results are in! 

The results are in, and we heard you. We have provided agency leaders with a summary of enterprise results, their individual agency results, and a toolkit to help agencies communicate to employees and develop an action plan based on survey results. Agencies will be working on action planning that involves the survey data from employee input. Please watch for more information from agencies about implementing the engagement results.

Engagement Timeline

The following timeline outlines the continued process for the Enterprise Engagement strategy, which includes an engagement survey. MMB has an opportunity to offer a survey tool that would capture employee feedback with a consistent enterprise schedule, and provide baseline programming to support agencies with attracting, retaining, and providing professional development opportunities to a diverse workforce.
