Get Enrolled in ELD
Enterprise Learning Management (ELM), developed by Oracle/PeopleSoft, is the state’s learning management system. Enterprise Learning & Development uses ELM to register, track and report on learning delivered through classroom, seminar, video or e-learning platforms. ELM is available for all agencies to use.*
When you become officially enrolled in a course, you will receive confirmations and reminders from ELM.Notification@state.mn.us . Typically, reminders are sent out fourteen ( 14) and seven (7) days before the course start date. If you do not receive an email, please first confirm that your email address is correct in self-service. Review the ELM Instructions page on how to verify/update your email address. If correct and your status is "enrolled" for the course but you have not received an email, contact ELD by calling 651.259.3646 or email email@example.com.
