Prior to joining Enterprise Learning & Development in 2011, Dr. Landherr spent 3 years teaching in the graduate programs at Concordia University (St Paul, MN) and the University of St Thomas (St Paul, MN). Pursuit of his doctorate was prompted in large part to his experiences during the 25 years he managed the technology and software development operations for a variety of organizations. Dr. Landherr came to understand that employee development and interpersonal dynamics, more so than technology expertise, were primary contributors to the success realized by the departments and teams he managed. He conducted his doctoral research on emotional intelligence and the implications on leadership effectiveness, topics that continue to be of special interest in his current work with Enterprise Learning & Development.
