United Way of 1000 Lakes works to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities to create lasting change. We envision communities where; everyone achieves their human potential through a quality education that offers a pathway to brighter futures, financially productive livelihoods, and access to health resources that improves lives.

  • $4 per pay period provides a child with a backpack of healthy food to address weekend hunger throughout the school year.
  • $8 per pay period provides meals and shelter for a family experiencing homelessness.
  • $10 per pay period provides after-school programming for 26 children and youth.
  • $20 per pay period provides a resident in need with a wheelchair accessible ramp.

Designations Accepted: We accept designations to community partners and our priority areas: Education, Financial Stability and Basic Needs, and Health.
