The FY 2018-19 biennium will begin July 1, 2017 and ends June 30, 2019. The operating budget for the 2018-19 biennium will be enacted by the 2017 Legislature and signed into law by the Governor once agreement is reached. Governor Dayton's Updated FY 2018-19 Budget Recommendations - March 2017
- An overview of the inflows and outflows of the state general fund. Revenues and expenditures by omnibus bill are outlined to provide a look at where the General Fund revenues are coming from and where they are spent.
- An overview of budgetary funds. This report provides information on actual and estimated revenues and spending for all budgetary funds including the General Fund, special revenue funds, permanent trust fund, and the debt service fund.

The agency budgets are based on the November 2016 Budget and Economic Forecast (released on December 2, 2016) and will be the basis or starting point for the Governor’s biennial budget recommendations that will be released on January 24, 2017.
