SWIFT Update October 24, 2019


Sneak Peek: Grants Management, Project Costing, and EProcurement Modules

When you login to SWIFT on December 2, 2019, you'll see a new look and navigation for the Grants Management, Project Costing, and EProcurement modules. 

Grants Management Module

The Grants Management Module has few changes. You'll be able to enter the Federal Identifier Number (FAIN) on the proposal. There is also a change in how you add or reduce funding to update the Billing Limit.

Project Costing Module

You will see few changes to this module, mostly in navigation.

EProcurement Module

The changes in the EProcurement (EPro) module are related to an updated page layout, the ability to create and use templates, and a new Document Type of "INV" for inventory.

  • When emailing the SWIFT Help Desk, be sure to include all details regarding the issue. Information to include with your message:
  • Issue Description
  • Business Unit
  • Module (Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, etc.)
  • Transaction ID (Voucher ID, PO ID, etc.)
  • Error Message Print Screen

  • The SWIFT Update is sent to the SWIFT Newsletter subscription list. Use the links at the bottom of the page to subscribe or unsubscribe to the SWIFT Newsletter subscription list.
