Changes to SWIFT Help Desk
The software used by the SWIFT help desk has been updated. The updated version of the software does not support help desk tickets submitted online. Effective today, the Help Desk will no longer be supporting the web ticketing functionality.

New Quick Reference Guides and Job Aids
There are several new QRGs available for multiple modules on the SWIFT website Quick Reference Guide page.
There is a new reference guide available for Strategic Sourcing 1: Strategic Sourcing for Standard Goods and Services. This user manual is an updated, comprehensive training guide walking you through the step by step processes needed to create, maintain, and award an event in the strategic sourcing module. It can be found on the Strategic Sourcing training page.
There is a new reference guide and two job aids available for Accounts Receivable, Customer Setup and Maintenance. The guide and job aids can be found on the Accounts Receivable Quick Reference Guides page.
There is a new QRG available for state of Minnesota vendors found on the Vendor Resources page in the right-hand column. The Viewing Invitations and Accepting/Declining Events guide walks vendors through the steps to view invitations and accept and decline events to which they've been invited as well as public events.

SWIFT Update Listserv
The SWIFT Update is sent to SWIFT Agency Sponsors/Project Managers/Readiness Coordinators, Chief Financial Officers, SWIFT Project Team, SWIFT Steering Committee, and Agency Training Managers.
It is also sent to a larger listserv composed of SWIFT end users - to be removed or added to this SWIFT Update list.
