Additional Prohibited Practices

The Human Rights Act also prohibits the following conduct:

• Encouraging, compelling, coercing or assisting unlawful discrimination.
• Intentionally obstructing or preventing individuals from complying with the Human Rights Act or the Department from enforcing the Human Rights Act.
