A broadcast television show featured on cable stations throughout Minnesota and the MnHumanRights YouTube channel

Welcome to Minnesota Conversations, a program produced by the Minnesota Department of Human Rights and hosted by Human Rights Commissioner Kevin Lindsey.  The program explores timely topics relating to human rights, diversity and equity. It is produced with CTV15 in Roseville, MN and is available on additional Minnesota public access cable systems, and on YouTube.

The Voting Rights Act

Fifty years ago Congress passed the Voting Rights Act of 1965. This program looks at why this legislation was so important and how it changed America.

Voting in Minnesota

This program examines recent changes made to voting in Minnesota, and proposals to improve the process further.

Felony Voting

This half-hour program looks at Minnesota's policy of restoring the vote to felons only after they are "off paper," and how felony disenfranchisement disproportionately affects minorities.

On Facing Race

This program focuses on Facing Race, an initiative by the St. Paul Foundation and the Minnesota Community Foundation to foster racial equality -- as employers, as grant makers, and as participants in our community.
