Governor Mark Dayton has proclaimed December 5-9, 2016 as Human Rights Week in Minnesota. The Governor's proclamation reminds Minnesotans of our state's commitment to ensure that all people in Minnesota can live lives free from discrimination and have the opportunity to achieve their dreams.
