Question: What is your refund policy? Is my registration refundable if I need to cancel?
Answer: If you cancel your registration by December 1, 2016, your registration will be refunded in full. If you paid by credit card, the full amount of your payment will be credited back to your original card. Refunds are not available if you cancel your registration after December 1, 2016.
Question: Is my registration information private?
Information you that provide to the Department of Human Rights is subject to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. This law classifies certain information as available to the public on request.
Question: How do I register multiple attendees for my organization and ensure that I receive one invoice for these multiple registrations?
Answer: Go to our registration web site, click the Register button and register the first attendee. Before you reach the payment area, you will have an option to add additional attendees. Click the Add Person button to register a second individual. You can repeat this step to add as many attendees as you wish. When you have finished adding all your registrants, click the "Finish Adding People" button. You will then see a page that lists all of the individuals you have registered, the price for each registration, the total cost, and provides the opportunity the pay one invoice for all attendees by credit card, check or purchase order.
Question: How do I register on behalf of someone else if I am not attending myself?
Answer: Enter the name of the person you are registering, then select the checkbox for "I am registering on behalf of this person." Then enter your name and email address. When you've completed registration, you and the registrant will both receive a copy of a confirmation email. You may also register on behalf of additional attendees by clicking the Add Person button at the end of the registration process.
Question: Is a vegetarian lunch choice available?
Answer: Lunch is offered buffet-style, with plenty of vegetarian options.
Question: Where do I park?
Answer: The Directions tab on the registration web site includes information on parking.
Question: Are subsidized registrations available for students or others?
Answer: No. However, this year you can attend virtually at a great lower price. Virtual attendees have access by internet to a choice of 10 conference workshops. The workshops are an interactive webinar experience allowing you to see and hear the presentation as well as ask questions of the presenter.
Question: How do I amend my registration?
Answer: Go to the registration web sites's home page and click on the "Already Registered?" link in the lower right corner. You'll be asked to enter your email address and the Confirmation Number you received when you registered. If you don't know your Confirmation Number, you can click a link on this page to have it sent to you again by email. Once you have entered your email address and the Confirmation Number, you can amend the details of your registration.
Question: I want to pay by purchase order. How do I do that?

Question: How do I pay by check?
