File a Complaint


Intake is the first step in filing a complaint. To speak with someone about your rights under the Minnesota Human Rights Act or to file a charge of discrimination, contact us.


Call our office at 651.539.1100 (TTY 651.296.1283) or Toll Free at 800.657.3704. Our staff is available to take calls about discrimination complaints by phone, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You may leave a message after hours and your call will be returned.

Walk-in hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (By appointment only, please call to schedule). Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (No appointment needed, we take walk-ins on a first come, first served basis). Directions to our St. Paul and St. Cloud offices are available on our contact page.
