If you have questions about civil rights or believe you have been discriminated against, contact the Minnesota Department of Human Rights on the phone, in-person, or online. If your situation is covered by the Minnesota Human Rights Act, staff may recommend a variety of options including training, mediation, or drafting a charge of discrimination.

Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (No appointment needed, we take walk-ins on a first come, first served basis).
