Workforce Goals apply to contracts with the State of Minnesota and major metropolitan agencies ($100,000 threshold), as well as contracts funded by General Obligation bonds with the University of Minnesota ($100,000 threshold) and Political Subdivisions ($250,000 threshold), like cities and counties.
