Director of Alternative Dispute Resolution
Elise Chambers has experience working as a mediator and facilitator in a variety of nonprofit, local and state government, and business settings. Elise is a licensed attorney and Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 in Minnesota.
After graduating from law school, Elise served as a judicial law clerk in Minnesota’s Third District. She then practiced criminal law, focusing on constitutional challenges. Most recently, Elise was the program director at one of Minnesota’s Supreme Court recognized community mediation centers, where she trained hundreds of new mediators throughout the state, including as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota School of Law. Elise currently serves on the Minnesota State Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section Council.
