Clara Ugarte-Perrin is a consultant with 20 years of professional experience working in strategic communications with public, private and international organizations, mostly in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as a short-term assignments in the Middle East and North Africa region. She demonstrates the ability to lead productive teams, to quickly adjust to international work and travel requirements, and to operate in a global environment. She is currently responsible for the strategic coverage, production, and distribution of the official information for the press covering the Panamerican and ParaPanamerican Games in Lima, Perú.
