Law Library Services and COVID-19
Beginning June 15, the Minnesota State Law Library will be open to the public by appointment only. Access to the library is limited to patrons doing legal research or legal writing.
Researchers needing to access court documents, online legal research materials, or print materials in the library may sign up for an appointment using the links below. Appointments are required to help the library provide a safe research experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
Remote reference services will continue to be available to researchers not able to visit the library in person. State Law Library staff deliver legal information services via our website, by email (quickest response time), and by phone (651)-297-7651. We have access to many online legal resources and are happy to assist people looking for legal information.
For more information on the legal impact of COVID-19 in Minnesota, please see our COVID-19 research guide. This guide will be updated frequently to reflect new information.
