Continuing Education

During a calendar year, a gambling manager is required to complete at least one continuing education class conducted by the Board.

  • Continuing education classes are conducted online and at locations throughout the state.
  • For traditional classes, check for specific dates and times listed below.  Length of classes may vary.  No prior registration is necessary to attend.
  • Both online courses and traditional classes are free and open to the public.
  • If you are planning to attend a class in person and need special accommodations due to a disability, please call 651-539-1950 two weeks in advance.

Traditional Continuing Education Classes

Please note, there will be no traditional continuing education classes in January, February, or March.  These classes will be offered throughout the state in late spring and again in late fall.

Online Continuing Education Courses

A new online continuing education course, What Every Pull-Tab Seller Needs to Know, is now available!  Designed for pull-tab sellers and supervisors of sellers, this course includes information on:

To take an online course, select your course below, then:

  • Enter your email address.  If you are a currently licensed gambling manager, the email address will be used to send you a confirmation that you’ve received continuing education credit for taking the online course.  (Non-gambling managers can skip the email step.)
  • Once you’ve entered your email address, you’ll be asked to enter your name and a password.  Be sure to remember your password as you’ll use it to access this and future courses.
