Education Program Approval

Education Programs for Emergency Medical Responder (EMR), EMT, AEMT or Paramedic must be approved by the EMS Regulatory Board.

Minnesota Approved Education Programs can now access the eLicense Portal.  Please click on the link above to access the system.

Education Programs have the ability to Manage Courses, Instructors, Submit application for Education Program Renewal and Approve course attendees in the new system.

Applications for Initial Education Program Approval and Education Program Renewal, must still be submitted via paper application.

For Initial Education Program Approval

Steps:

• Open/Print the Application, and Instructional Aids and Equipment List
• Complete the appropriate application and submit with the $100.00 application fee
• Site-Visit scheduled
• Final documents will be sent to the applicant when all requirements are met
