Jill Ryan Schultz of Rochester was appointed to the EMSRB in May 2011 by Gov. Mark Dayton. She has been involved with EMS for 22 years. The first twelve years she spent with a volunteer ambulance service in southeast Minnesota where she served as the Training Officer/Assistant Director. She is currently in her tenth year as a fulltime Instructor/Paramedic. Additionally, she is an American Heart Association instructor for ACLS, PALS, BLS, and has assisted with a variety of EMS programs. She works for Gold Cross as an Instructor/paramedic on the Mayo ERT. Her four-year term as a representative of paramedics expires January 2019.
